Commerce platforms wired into finance, supply and compliance.

High-volume commerce is an integration problem as much as a front-end one. We connect the storefront to the ledger, the supplier to the purchase order, and the business to the sustainability and payment rules it now has to follow.

What is changing

Behind every checkout, a growing set of obligations.

Payments, identity and reporting rules written for banks now reach retailers. Verification of Payee changes how supplier and customer payouts are made in the euro area. The EU Digital Identity Wallet gives merchants a regulated way to verify age and identity without holding the underlying data. And the 2026 Omnibus reset of CSRD keeps the largest retailers, those above 1,000 employees and EUR 450 million in revenue, in scope for ESRS-based disclosure, including supply-chain emissions.

In the Gulf, e-commerce is growing on top of national digital identity and instant payment rails, and retailers expect the same integration standard as their European counterparts. Whether the platform is headless, composable or monolithic, the value sits in how reliably it talks to finance, fulfilment and procurement.

What we do here

Our work in commerce & retail.

01

Commerce-to-finance integration

Orders, payments, refunds and settlements flowing into accounting and ERP systems with reconciliation, so finance sees what the customer saw.

02

Procurement and supplier systems

Requisition-to-order workflows, supplier master data and spend analytics for retailers and marketplaces buying at scale.

03

Receivables and B2B credit

Debtor management for wholesale and B2B commerce: invoicing, payment matching and reminders.

04

Sustainability data

Carbon accounting that reaches into the supply chain, producing the Scope 3 figures ESRS disclosure requires.

How we approach it

What is different about this sector.

  • Peak is the requirement

Systems are sized and tested for the launch, the sale and the season, and instrumented so the business can see the worst minute, not just the average.

  • Finance sees what the customer sees

Every order, refund and payout reconciles to the ledger. Discrepancies are surfaced the same day.

  • Compliance in the data model

Age verification, payee verification and emissions data are designed into the platform rather than bolted on before an audit.
