Products

Built in delivery. Run as products.

Each of these systems began as engineering work for a client with a hard requirement: a law, a deadline, a workforce that had to be paid correctly, a road that had to keep moving. We productised them so the next organisation does not start from zero. All are delivered and operated by the same engineers who build our client systems.

People & payroll

Onboarding

From offer to first working day, with AI doing the paperwork.

Onboarding collects documents, verifies identity through national eID, extracts and checks the data, generates contracts and gets them signed. It was built for organisations that onboard people in volume, including freelance workforces where every individual must be verified, contracted and paid correctly before the first assignment.

  • National eID login and identity verification (MitID and other schemes)
  • AI document reading: passports, permits, certificates, bank details
  • Right-to-work, qualification and background checks with an audit trail
  • Contract generation and digital signing
  • Freelancer profiles: availability, skills, languages, service areas
  • Hand-off to payroll, time registration and scheduling

Payroll

Correct pay, reported to the authorities, every time.

Payroll calculates salaries, holiday, pensions and deductions under the applicable agreements, reports to the tax authority in the required format and posts to the ledger. It handles salaried staff, hourly workers and freelancers in the same run.

  • Salary, hourly and freelance settlement in one engine
  • Tax authority reporting through official interfaces
  • Holiday, pension and collective-agreement rules
  • Pay slips, corrections and year-end statements
  • Posting to accounting and ERP systems
  • Full calculation trace for audit

Time Registration

An objective, reliable and accessible record of working time.

Following the European Court of Justice ruling in C-55/18, Denmark's amended Working Time Act requires every employer, from 1 July 2024, to operate an objective, reliable and accessible system that records each employee's daily working time. Time Registration does exactly that, with the rest-period and 48-hour checks, the self-scheduler exemption and the five-year retention the law calls for.

Answers to: Danish Working Time Act as amended with effect from 1 July 2024, implementing ECJ judgment C-55/18.

  • Daily working-time capture on web and mobile
  • Automatic checks: 11-hour rest, 48-hour average, deviations
  • Self-scheduler exemption handled per employee
  • Five-year retention with employee access to their own records
  • Absence, overtime and flex balances
  • Export to payroll and HR systems

Finance & operations

Procurement

Requisition to purchase order, with control at every step.

Procurement gives every purchase a traceable path: request, approval, order, receipt and invoice match. Supplier records, framework agreements and thresholds are enforced by the system rather than by memory, and spend is visible by category, department and supplier.

  • Requisitions and approval chains by amount and category
  • Supplier master data, agreements and documentation
  • Purchase orders, goods receipt and three-way invoice matching
  • Threshold and tender-rule checks for public buyers
  • Spend analytics and budget follow-up
  • Integration to ERP and accounting

Debtor Management

Invoices out, payments matched, reminders sent.

Debtor Management issues invoices, matches incoming payments automatically, runs reminder and interest schedules according to policy, and gives finance a live view of outstanding balances and risk. It integrates with the accounting system so the ledger and the debtor book never disagree.

  • Invoicing and credit notes, including e-invoicing formats
  • Automatic payment matching from bank files
  • Reminder, fee and interest schedules by customer group
  • Instalment plans and dispute handling
  • Ageing analysis and risk indicators
  • Ledger synchronisation with accounting and ERP systems

Sustainability

Carbon Analytics

Emissions you can account for, not estimate.

Carbon Analytics pulls activity data from finance, fleet, energy and supplier systems, applies recognised emission factors and produces the statistics, trends and disclosures a board or a regulator asks for. It is designed for the CSRD landscape after the 2026 Omnibus changes, where fewer companies are in scope but those that are must report with rigour.

Answers to: Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive as amended by Omnibus Directive (EU) 2026/470, in force 18 March 2026.

  • Scope 1, 2 and 3 accounting with documented emission factors
  • Data connectors for finance, energy, fleet and procurement
  • Statistics and trends by site, activity and supplier
  • Disclosure output aligned to ESRS
  • Scenario and reduction-target tracking
  • Audit trail from figure to source

ITS Platform

See the road. Count it. Control it.

The ITS Platform takes detection from radar, video and inductive sensors, classifies and counts vehicles per lane, and feeds a control layer that can adjust signals, variable message signs and speed limits. Operators see flow, speed, occupancy and incidents in real time and can act on them; planners get the statistics they need for road design and policy.

Used inTransport
  • Multi-sensor detection: radar, video analytics, inductive loops
  • Vehicle classification and lane-level counting
  • Real-time flow, speed, occupancy and queue detection
  • Incident detection and operator alerting
  • Control of signals, variable message signs and variable speed limits
  • Standards-based data exchange for national access points and third parties
